A New Chapter for delphistem

Over the past year, we've been quieter than usual.

Not because progress slowed, but because our focus was exactly where it needed to be: advancing our science, strengthening our team, and building the foundation for what comes next.

As our technology matured, so did our focus. Rather than pursuing multiple applications, we made the deliberate decision to concentrate our efforts where we believe we can have the greatest impact.

That path naturally led us to Type 1 diabetes.

Our Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Noel Moya, PhD, has dedicated much of his scientific career to pancreatic stem cell biology and the generation of insulin-producing beta cells. Combined with the enormous unmet need for therapies that go beyond disease management, it became clear that this is where delphistem can make its greatest contribution.

While our long-term vision remains rooted in regenerative medicine and healthy longevity, our immediate mission is focused: developing regenerative medicine therapies with the goal of restoring natural function (not managing disease) for people living with Type 1 diabetes.

This new chapter is also about sharing our journey more openly. Over the coming months, we'll introduce the people behind delphistem, highlight our scientific progress, and share the milestones moving us toward our mission.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. We're excited for what's ahead—and we're looking forward to bringing you along with us.
